Sheila Lynch Solicitor

Sheila Lynch is originally from Killarney, Co. Kerry. Having a background in business and, in particular, the hospitality industry, she joined the practice of Cashin & Associates in 2004.

Her areas of expertise include Personal Injury Law and she has extensive experience in successfully representing clients in applications to the Injuries Board, and in Circuit Court and High Court personal injury and medical negligence claims.

She advises and represents clients in Property Disputes and also represents clients in Residential, Agricultural and Commercial Property Transactions.

She has developed a specialisation in Employment Law and advises both employers and employees to include representing them before the Rights Commissioner and Employment Appeals Tribunal.

Having obtained a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning, Sheila now also specialises in Wills, Estate and Tax Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Wardship Applications.

She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Law Society of England and Wales.

Sheila has served as Secretary of the Clare Bar Association, and as a Director of Clare Youth Service. She has been actively involved in the Ennis Free Legal Advice Clinics and in legal advice broadcasts on local radio. She is also a member of Ennis Chamber of Commerce.
